We are an authorized repair, sales and service center for Vibiemme,
an equipment distributor and a direct importer of parts.
In addition to the already successful line of Heating Exchanger Domobar Super and the Domobar Double Boiler DoubleDomo,
Vibiemme has finalized a line of smaller machines called "Junior,"
which is a more economical priced version of the two above lines.
But don't get fooled by the above statement.
There are 2 versions available -- a single boiler/heating exchanger model and a double boiler model. These "smaller" Vibiemmes are built with the same quality components as the full-size line. The difference is the smaller foot print (similar to the Eurpoean single stage Domobar version), smaller boilers and no PID control. (The brew boiler is controlled by a thermostat, and the steam boiler is controlled by the full-size pressurestat). On the double-boiler version,
there are 2 separate switches which allow the user to operate the coffee boiler independently from the steam boiler, reducing the consumption of energy.
