Why buy from us? Simple, we are mainly a repair facility. In the world of espresso the competition is fierce and the profit margins are low. We cannot afford to sell something that is not reliable and then have to fix it at our own expenses.
We would really like to make the following a focus point:
Not only do we sell it; we also work on it.
We are an authorized repair center for all the equipment we sell and offer training on use and maintenance. Unless otherwise specified, all new equipment comes with a manufacturer's one-year, defective-parts warranty. Some brands have two-year warranty. See specific machines for details.
Since Stefano's Espresso Care sells only the equipment we believe in, we will back up the manufacturer's warranty with the labor to replace those defective parts. Please contact us for more details. We are located 15 minutes west of Eugene, Oregon.
