If you are planning to bring your machine to us in person, please call for an appointment. If you are not local to the Eugene/Springfield area and would like to ship your machine to us, please download the following forms:

Repair submission Form
Please email or call us for an authorization number before sending your machine. Each unit must be accompanied by a repair submission form. Machines shipped without the proper repair authorization number will be refused delivery.

Repair labor has a 30-day warranty. Replaced parts also have a 30-day warranty which excludes electrical parts as there is no warranty on electrical parts. Neither warranty covers misuse, abuse, negligence, power surges, shipping damage, or items not included in the invoiced repairs. There are no returns or refunds for repair services.
