This Thermal Cut-Off is located on ULKA vibrating pumps to prevent overheating.
When a pump runs continuously for more then 10 minutes or so, the pump coil could burn. This component will open the circuit and stop voltage from reaching the pump. Once the pump’s coil cools down, the fuse will close the circuit and power will return to your pump.
